Kind of a crazy day(aren’t they all) yesterday, but I wanted to bring your attention to an extraordinary announcement by Rick Wilson, Joe Trippi & Stuart Stevens - for a little over a year, they have been operating resolute Square, which was an activist media organization that did periodic video and essays and live events. They announced their move to Substack and re-branding as Lincoln Square, merging their media content with Rick Wilson and his bunch and their brilliant advertising and messaging. They held an extraordinary series of Substack live sessions to announce the event which included Tim Miller, Marc Elias, Ben Meiselas, Joyce Vance, Simon Rosenberg and Mehdi Hasan.

It might be fruitful to reach out to them and cross pollinate a bit. I also heard an excellent presentation yesterday by Fair Fight Action and Black Voters Matter on voter suppression. LaTosha Brown is a force of nature and an amazing leader and advocate.

It might be useful to pursue discussion with one of them or with someone from VoteRiders - all three of these organizations are women - founded and women - run and are doing excellent work with voter registration and voter ID.

Finally, another fruitful partnership might be with the gun safety movement. Moms Demand Action, founded 10 years ago by Shannon Watts, has extensive experience in advocacy and grassroots organizing.

At this time of emergency, it is incumbent upon us to think outside the box and forming partnerships with these organizations that have such in-depth advocacy and organizational experience might be beneficial to all. Thanks for all you do.
